[/size][/center] Arthur Fox is an Intelligence Agent of Os with a specialty in espionage. Before he joined Os, he was a science fiction writer who was just living day by day. His partner is Emilio Russo who he can't decide if he loves or wants to strangle on a daily basis. What Arthur needs is friends, drinking buddies, enemies, frenemies, rivals, annoyances, the occasional affair (since his lover has already been chosen). He's like a puppy or a kitten really with a bad temper. It's the temper you gotta look out for. He has a tendency to kick hard. If you can manage yourself then you're good! He needs someone to keep him company when he gets left behind when Emilio goes off on assignments and missions.

dakota could totally be a buddy he can hang out with when emilio goes all secret agent on missions. and she loves puppies& kitties XD so they'd probably get along from your description. and since she doesn't really go on many missions as an trainee then she'd always be around and he wouldn't have to worry about being lonelyyyy~ and dakota could totally handle his temper, 'cause she's got one of her own. but hers hurts more 'cause she kicks people with pointy heels on (: |

Yes to the drinking buddies with Gemini xD. Arthur needs someone to go cause chaos with when the cat is out and about. And Dakota would be perfect and he'd treat her like a little sister that he adores~
