level 1
the first level of the prison. this is where the lesser criminals are kept; those who stole or committed smaller crimes. these criminals are usually let out every few weeks to a few months after paying a small fee. the cells are smaller and usually keep up to two prisoners at a time. hard cement floor is a must with walls lined with two bunks and a sink.

level 2
the second level houses the more dangerous criminals such as though who have committed more severe and serious crimes. the cells are a little larger and only keep one prisoner due to security protocol. there is only one bed, more like a cot, in these cement holes and a sink. these criminals are occasionally released on good behavior, depending on the crime...

level 3 - 1 Viewing
level 3 is the highest security part of the prison. os keeps the worst criminals and the occasional terrorist here. there are no bars, only bars to the cells. the doors only have a handle on one side. no one is quite sure what the insides of the cells are like, well except those who are there, but they don't talk much...

training room
even seasoned agents need to train once in a while. to accommodate this need, there is a training room that is used by agents new and old. it's about the size of a school gym with several objects to used in training just as weapons and dummies. sport games are occasionally played in here to keep good relations among the departments.

generals' room - 1 Viewing
this conference room is placed right above level 3 of the prison. it is primarily used by the generals of os for meetings and planning of how to take telum down. in the middle of the room is situated a very large, long oak table framed by black, leather desk chairs. at one end of the room is a large screen television that is used for communications on occasion.
