Quill is, by all definitions, a dork. He does not attach to things emotionally; however he will always come off as friendly and lighthearted, even if he’s in the process of sticking a knife in your throat. He is both remorseless and remorseful, taking pity and mercy in the coldest of ways for a very strange contrast.
Because he has trouble becoming emotionally attached despite all appearances he is able to do whatever is necessary, whenever is necessary, being compromised very rarely and only in the most extreme situations. He is rather well read and intelligent, however reserved, well mannered and downright likeable. Except, y’know, for the whole knife in the throat thing.
As for what he likes? Well it's quite easy: he's pretty fond of everything. He likes to read in particular and feels an affinity for nature, the beauty and tranquility it typically offers and the sad solemnity it sometimes shows. He dislikes arrogance and ignorance and these are typically the traits of people left in the ditch behind him. He took up weapons training simply because of his enjoyment of solitude. Not that he could kill everyone around him and get some, but that he could stop people from destroying peace and quiet.
Quirks and Habits![/color]
Quill tends to avoid talking about himself whenever possible. He can often be found rubbing his arms or playing with the thin chain necklace he wears. He also tends to flinch at contact of any sort, such as a pat on the back (albeit this is typically suppressed in fights). He also stargazes a lot, becoming quite distracted and lost in the stars sometimes.

Fighting Experience[/color]
Quill, as a special operative for Os, is trained and experienced in most combat styles. His expertise is CQC with weapons, however he has a certain prowess with sniper rifles as well.
General Apperance[/color]
Quill’s hair is platinum blonde to the point where it looks grey. He has deep and friendly blue eyes, and very gentle features, rarely showing any signs of hostility. His outfits range from uniform to casual clothing to tactical gear, though typically he walks around in jeans, a t-shirt and a worn suede jacket.
Weapons and Possessions[/color]
Quill carries three knives on him at all times. These range from a rather wicked notched knife he has become infamous for, to a simple Swiss Army Knife with a worn engraving that cannot be discerned. He also cherishes a thin chained necklace he wears tucked under his shirt and can often be seen playing with. The necklace is the back half of a broken locket, the picture long gone however the engraving on the back is still present: ”My Angel”.
