Civilians are everyone else. They can be teenagers, children, old people, adults, bakers, retail sellers, fruit sellers. Civilians usually have an injury or something traumatizing aspect of them if they're over twenty. Although this role play isn't set in a specific year, it is about twenty years since 2012, when WWIII happened. There are some companies that lasted, but there are mostly new stores and companies. Also, there aren't many computers. The cellphones are few an far between, although phones are not unheard of. There is no government, though. There are the people, and Telum who always need new people. If you do something wrong and go to prison, you'll get shoved into Os and forced to work for them whether you like it or not.
