Personality Evaluation[/color]
● imaginative && hopeful
Before he was an agent of Os, Arthur was a writer of the science fiction genre. In some circles he was well respected for his views of the future of the world; specifically the hopeful and bright outlook he took in his books. The way he wrote was a way that even the least imaginative people could be transported to times of happiness and hope. He has a hope that one day and one day soon the world will regain order. That's one of the reasons he joined Os was to help regain that order.
● energetic && impatient
Arthur has a lot of pent up energy and is possibly ADD, thought he refuses to be tested for it. He doesn't like sitting still for long periods of times, which is very problematic when it comes to doing paperwork. He's like a puppy really. He likes to be up and about until it's bed time and then he's out. This energy has a downside. He's very impatient. If he's meeting someone for something, they better be on time or he'll get fidgety and upset.
● sensitive && scared
In reality, Arthur is very sensitive to what people say and other people's emotions. He is easily hurt by what people say to him or about him but he hides it behind a smile most of the time. The reason? He doesn't trust people with his fragile emotions. The way he was raised taught that he shouldn't trust people with emotions or they'll abandon him and that has been his experience thus far with people. When he does break down, he does it in private so no one can judge him. Or at least he tries really hard to. He holds severe abandonment issues close in his heart that he doesn't want people to know about...
● stubborn && determined
When Arthur sets his mind to something, it gets done, whether anyone else likes it or not. When people to tell him to give up on a goal or something, he doesn't listen unless it is very much indeed hopeless without any smidgen of hope at all. He will do what it takes to get what he wants to get done, done. When he has his mind set, it's damn near impossible to get him to change it.
● short tempered && vindictive
To put it as bluntly as possible, Arthur has a temper problem. Not to the point of needing anger management but if something upsets him, he'll let people know. If not by a cold, rude remark then by an object thrown at the person's head a few days after the event. Artie may be just a little vindictive. Alright, more then a little. He takes things to heart and when that happens, they usually just stew an turn ugly until it runs his course which takes about a week normally. He does enjoy plotting revenge, though most of the times he doesn't go through with it except for one one particular person...
Quirks and Habits![/color]
When stressed, he has a habit of braiding his hair or twirling it around his finger if he's not speaking. If he's speaking, he stutters horribly. It's easy to cause him to get flustered or embarrassed which makes the stuttering worse.
Family[/color]
Back in London, Arthur has a mother and younger sister (who is about sixteen now). When he joined Os, he cut off all ties to them by faking his own death. When he was nine, his father left, soon after his younger sister was born for some reason or another. Arthur has always blamed himself for his father leaving. In Arthur's teen years, his older brother became a so called "rebel" and died in a drive by shooting.

Fighting Experience[/color]
Arthur's not one for fighting really. He does enjoy watching the big guys though. Mostly, through training as an agent, he's become familiar with aikido due to his small stature and his enjoyment of making the bigger guys go down from their own weight.
General Appearance[/color]
Arthur stand about five feet and seven inches. He's slim and fit really. He enjoys wearing darker clothing and tighter pants. Boots are a must unless he's training and then there's sneakers that are needed. He keeps his black hair, which has a purple sheen to it on occasion, long. Most times he prefers to keep it down instead of pulled back. When working or whatever, he keeps it pulled back into a ponytail.
Weapons and Possessions[/color]
Arthur doesn't particularly like weapons. He tries to stay away from fighting all together if he can avoid it. He does own a sword but it normally stays in his dorm and unused. It occupies part of his closet. He has a plush blue dog that he keeps in his room that he likes to sleep with. His reason? It's cuddly.
