Personality Evaluation[/color]
Emilio isn't very complicated. Most of his emotions are up on the surface, but he tries his best to cover them. He can seem apathetic and mostly annoyed most of the time, but the people who know him, including his partner Arthur, can almost immediately see what he's feeling. He's really easy to read if you know him. Most people see him as lethal and he is to some extent. He can be very violent when he's surprised and when on a mission, but he's not naturally violent. He can actually be very sweet around people he actually likes.
Another thing that stands out about Emilio that he's totally socially awkward. He doesn't understand why people act the way they do and he doesn't understand why they're urged to do the things they do. Because of this he's also considered a "caveman" by a lot of the people, especially people in the Intelligence department. It's like he's stupid because he doesn't understand why people act the way they do. He can get pretty defensive it someone teases him about it. He doesn't like not knowing, it just never clicks with him. He can say something completely insulting or do something socially odd and not even know it.
Quirks and Habits![/color]
One of his habits is becoming violent when surprised or startled. He doesn't jump or act like he's scared, he'll just attack. It's been broken into him by the Generals and trainers. They expected him to have the best reflexes and he does. He also chews on his lip when he's anxious. It's probably the only way you can tell he's nervous. Another habit he got from when he was younger and just has been using through out the years is talking with his hands. It's just instinct for him.
Family[/color]
Emilio honestly doesn't remember his family. The radiation has affected his long-term memory. So, he might know someone a month ago, but he won't know anyone if he saw them a year ago and haven't met them since them, even if they're huge people like his family. He suspected they died in the bombs, but he's not sure.

Fighting Experience[/color]
Fighting is like a second movement to Emilio. He doesn't care about killing and sees it as a necessity in almost all situations. It's probably why he was paired up with an Intel Agent. He acts before he thinks. His fighting style is mixed martial arts and street fighting and he despises using weapons. He depends on his own speed and strength which is well above average. He does have his weaknesses, though.
General Apperance[/color]
Emilio is pretty average for an Italian. He's got a lot of stereotypical Italian looks: the Roman nose, the slightly darker skin, the handsome face and slim body with broad shoulders. He's 5'11", pretty average in height. He's muscled, but enough so it doesn't slow him down. His fighting style depends on speed, but also strength. He's got dark hair, a killer smile (which rarely appears) and an odd sense of fashion.
Weapons and Possessions[/color]
Emilio doesn't like fighting with weapons considering he can fight with his fists just as well as with any weapon. He knows how to use most weapons, but he just doesn't like them. He does have a red pendant that he keeps on the inside of his shirt right in front of his heart that means the world to him, but aside from that he makes sure he doesn't have anything that will compromise a mission.
