Personality Evaluation[/color]
The first thing you can just tell by looking at Micheal is that he's probably one of the most adorable, caring person you will ever meet. And you'd be right. He is sweet and kind. He loves to smile and make other people laugh, and he loves to laugh himself. He didn't always used to be like that, but who could be happy during the war except for whichever country was "winning" at the time. He is a good boy to have during times of crisis because he can always keep a level head and gives the best advice possible to anyone who asks.He's your ideal gay best friend, to sum it up.
He is very stubborn and determined in the best way possible. If he sees somethings the matter, he'll ask and give you his famous puppydog stare until you tell him what's wrong. He knows when to back off, but normally he's so brilliant that he can find a way to get around your anger and have you tell him what is wrong.
But don't think that because most of the time he's all rainbows and sunshine that he's happy all the time. More people than he'd like know that if you push the right buttons, you can make Micheal do anything you want. Not only is he very susceptible to lies and falsehood, he's unfortunately very sensitive and any word that means a little too much to him can just push him over the edge. Angry, sad, frustrated, just one word...
Quirks and Habits![/color]
Hes got a pretty bad case of asymmetric OCD which is having everything imperfect in balance so everything complements each other. (example: he'll organize a couple of stacks of books so that they switch of numbers every stack so like stack 1 has three books, stack 2 has five, stack 3 has three books, stack 4 has five books again, etc.) He also has a tendency to laugh too much when he's nervous.

So far as he knows, they all died during the war. Or they feel like they cannot contact him since he got relocated to the US. He got sent there before the war, being the only child they wanted to preserve the line, and he hasn't heard of them since he was about eight (he lived with his aunt and uncle in the states until he was eighteen). He doesn't like talking or thinking about them because it makes him sad to think that they might be dead or choosing not to reconnect with him so he just puts it off to the back part of his mind.

Fighting Experience[/color]
Honestly, Micheal has no fighting technique or experience at all. He is very weak physically but he likes to think that he makes up for it with his mental strength (which is abundant) He can't even hurt a fly even if he wanted to. Maybe that's an understatement... He can bring down the swatter hard most of the time...
General Apperance[/color]
Micheal can definitely be considered a stereotypical looking nerd. He is small, standing at only around 5'9", and isn't particularly built up (not really muscular at all actually) weighing around 155 pounds. He has white hair, which he figures is a mix of the chemicals and radioactivity in the air and worrying too much (he's not quite sure)that made it so old-man white looking. His eyes are reddish-brown depending on if you look at them in the light or not. In direct sunlight they look red, which scares even himself a little bit, but in shadows or florescent lighting they look to be a little brown but still more red than brown.
As far as clothing style goes, his job doesn't really require him to wear anything too formal. He sits at a desk all day and stares at equations or files paperwork. So he wears nice things out of respect, but they're more comfortable than anything else. He owns a couple pairs of shoes, one of them being his all time favorite vintage 2004 All-star hightop chuck taylor converses that he keeps in mint condition and tends to only wear on special or important occasions. He does wear square-rimmed, black glasses due to poor eyesight. Other than that, he looks like any normal eighteen year old boy.
Weapons and Possessions[/color]
None really. He keeps a baseball bat by his bed in his quarters just in case someone tries to break into his room... But he's never ever had to use it nor does he wish to...
