Considering we have absolutely zero at the present, these are my thoughts.
I think people are confused as to how Telum is all brute strength. I think it needs to be elaborated on somewhat so that it's understood whether it's because of weapons, incredible fighting skill, mutations, etc. I think better descriptions need to be set up for this.
Mutation limitations are too vague. "Be reasonable" can easily be interpreted differently by everyone. I would go into detail as to whether these mutations are specifically appearance-only, or if they can go into strange abilities and such- say for example pyro-kinesis, telepathy, or some other out there thing.
I think drawing clearer lines to better establish these things will in turn draw more people to Telum and spread the balance of power.
